Early 20’s are the most blissful years of a women’s life. The very stage where we are busy with our education and career. We tend to overlook the importance of having a good regime during this time period. As per skin specialist a well pampered skin in early twenties will throughout the life stay by your side. That means no rosacea and defiantly delayed crow’s feet .
After waking up in the morning first thing all women do is washing their faces.  So it’s necessary that your face wash is as per your skin, your face wash should be carefully chosen. Since it’s a daily use product it shouldn’t over dry your skin.
Next step is applying a light weight, non greasy moisturizer right after washing your face because  washing makes your skin thirsty, it’s been deprived of its moisture so before your skin works hard to make moisturizer for itself you should aid you skin. Applying moisturizer regularly is an important step in delaying wrinkles.
Sun block or sunscreens with a minimum of SPF 60 are essential especially for women living in Karachi. People  in Pakistan are not much aware of sunscreen and their benefits. Sunscreen protects your skin from a lot of damage that you might not feel every day but the damage is gradual and mostly irreversible. This damage includes over drying of  skin, acne, sunburns, tanning, age spots and wrinkles.
Do do use a good quality eye cream to treat the puffiness and tired eyes look that is intiaiton of heavy dark circles treat them early before they get worse
for extra prep up own a night time range as well, but do let your skin breath product free for some hours of the day.
Foundations, concealer, blush should be used often but not daily as they tend to make your skin go from bad to worse. If you really need to use makeup,a dab of powdered foundation or tinted moisturizer is fine. The best policy is to avoid regular use of makeup.
